Okay, so I see celebrities and high profile people in politics, etc. get caught up in these criminal acts and basically get a slap on the wrist.  I mean, some do a little time, but not nearly as much as “Joe/Jane” who can’t afford a good defense attorney.  I could be wrong, but does it [...]

We all know that holidays can be tough on those of us on the outside. It’s the biggest season where suicide rates go sky high they say. What about the people behind bars? I’m sure they get really depressed, sad, angry, etc. They aren’t able to be around the people that they love at all…. [...]

Another story of an abused child serving a life sentence.  She believes she will die in jail for her crime.  Is it really considered true justice?  Why can’t they do time for a crime and be given a chance to be reformed and set free?

I have heard of some horrific stories about the happenings in prison.  This one is now added to the list!  Below is an article about women inmates being shackled during the process of giving birth.  There is something that can be done about this.
